Shipping policy
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Deliveries are made in France by UPS. Deliveries are sent to the postal address provided when placing your order, which must be your home, business address or that of another natural person. Delivery to hotels or post office boxes is not permitted. It is your responsibility to provide SARAÉN with accurate and complete delivery address information. SARAÉN cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details. If you are absent or delivery is not possible in France, UPS will leave a calling card with the address of the post office where the parcel can be collected upon presentation of proof of identity, along with the collection date.
DELIVERY TIMES
For standard delivery in France, products will be shipped with tracked shipping by our carrier within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. For express delivery in France, products will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. A signature from the customer or an authorized person is required upon delivery. For international deliveries, the estimated time frame is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country. A signature from the customer or an authorized representative is also required. Orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours. An email will be sent with the shipment notification and tracking number.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND FEES
All orders outside the EU are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs duties, taxes and fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges cannot be calculated in advance and are not covered by SARAÉN. All applicable fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for information on these addition-al costs before making a purchase.
