Refund policy

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the day following the receipt of your SARAÉN product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason or justification.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the standard withdrawal form available [here] and sending it by mail or email to contact@saraenparis.com.

It is your responsibility to provide proof that you have exercised your right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal process and within the required timeframe.

SARAÉN will promptly send you an electronic confirmation along with a prepaid return label.

PRODUCT RETURN:

You must return the product within 14 days of sending your notice of withdrawal, using the provided return label, to:

The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging or other suitable packaging, in its original condition—new, unworn, and unwashed—along with its pouch and barcode label.

Returns are free of charge.

REFUND PROCESS:

In accordance with Article L.221-24, SARAÉN will reimburse you for the full amount of your order, including the initial delivery costs (excluding customs duties and taxes payable by the customer), upon receipt of the returned order or proof of its shipment, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

As stipulated in Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
